I used to be involved with Hayes FC/Hayes & Yeading Utd, and met Justin a couple of times when he was manager at Rushden & Diamonds, and latterly Newport County. Very nice guy, horrendous that something like this should have happened. Saw that he'd been taken into hospital at start of the week, and thought it didn't bode well that there seemed to be no news coming out about his condition. He'd done a remarkable job getting Orient back into the League this season, they were an absolute car-crash of a club when they were relegated two years ago, football-wise it's very sad for everyone down at Brisbane Road. Having taken two clubs back into the League (was boss at Newport when they got back in) and at the age of just 49, I'm sure he would have had opportunities to manage further up the divisions in the next few years.
