Do you reckon there’s a chance mild mannered Jose wasn’t so ‘great’ towards him? Not been in the match day squad for either of Mullins games.
Decent spell with us, but his time is done. Masina has played well since stepping in and deserves a chance to prove himself as the long-term option in that position.
Masina is showing why he was highly rated at Bologna. Thanks Jose but it's time to be put to pasture. For one thing Masina is tremendous aerially. Doesn't let the ball get past him on crosses or diagonals unlike Jose. And showed he can attack with effect as well yesterday.
Still like Holebas, but have to admit Masina has played pretty well over the last few games so currently deserves to continue in the team. Could they both play at the same starting eleven?
I think he's had an injury recently, wouldn't surprise me given our record this season. Not really missed though, Masina is doing well and Deulofeu is doing a fine job of smashing corners over everyone's head.
