Is there no simple way either you or jobr could mass-PM all the registered entrants each week as a prompt?
I looked at that when we first came on to this board, but sadly not. May be admin can create a distribution list?
PM'ing is always the best way, because many people who have registered have selected not to receive e-mails from the site and we have to respect that. However, PM's are limited to how many people at a time you can send to. Let me look into this and see iof there's a way round the PM limit, or a mod to have a PM group of some sort.
Trouble is Keiran lots of people still have 'one room syndrome' and there are a lot of lurkers who seem scared to post. I think you're just trying to keep the numbers down to give yourself a bigger chance of victory! ;D
