Bought some time in my book - after some diabolical decisions last season, they took their time in choosing Vlad, and it's early days - but he does seem to be exactly what we need at the moment. If we can build on today, we'll be there or there abouts at the end of the season. They publicly admitted mistakes were made in their statement, and they have bought in new personnel in Cristiano and Vlad and his boys, and so far it's going ok, they deserve time to make amends in my mind. If we keep Sarr after the window, then thats another sign of intent. Whether they can sustain us to be a competitive Premiership club in the future is another matter - Perhaps they would be better seeking additional investment if we go back up or similar.

Fair play to Gino for letting Ivic pick Sarr and Deeney. It's so important that we keep hold of Sarr. We are a left-back and a midfield 'enforcer' away from being a very good side at this level (provided we keep Sarr and Hughes). I think the goals will come.
