How to Working and Developing my own personality in Englands Soccer Buizz?

Hello to all Watfordfans,

my name is Dominik. I come from germany. My biggest dream is to work for the soccer world. I love it, to work with people and to show them their ways they could go. I would like to develop my character and personality under the light of soccer. In Germany its hard to go in the soccer buizz, because you need a hard qualifikation to join a soccer club and to start to get creative.

Is it in england easier to get in that business? What do I need for Applications Requirements to work in english soccer buissnes? I really would love to envolve my power and to make fans happy with developing a joyful soccer strategy that makes the gameplay very easy.

I love the look behind the curtain, and i love to organize. I can coordinate, and I would like to develop others , a club or myself at last. I would like to upload my energy in a good perfomance. (Do not wrong understanding: I WONT kick on the grass, I prefer to support the marketing areas. And to invest in the future.
