33 within a month, so I guess a 4 year contract would be in order.
We can pick up Pudil too, who was also released by SW.
RB & LB - job done.

Pudil has signed elsewhere in Czech Republic. But I wouldn’t blink if we offered a 44 year deal to Abdi, let alone just 4. In fact, double it.

Our full backs do not know their ll's from their ck's which is why they are what they are.

Look at this idiot claiming we had good full back options just a couple of months ago. What a moron!

Almen Abdi was possibly the classiest player to ever play for us and that is the way I will always remember him. Genius. Not a right back.

Could we create a few fullbacks from the existing squad. Like when our top centre forward of the day Marcus Gayle became or rock in defence. Or the reverse when our rock in defence Danny Shittu became our top scorer. Unlike most on here i have no real insight to coaching, I just watch the team. So ruling out Mariappa, Kabaselle as full back conversions. What about Hughes or Capoue? Success can get in the way a lot - could we turn him into an old school hoofing defender

Hughes is far too slow to be a full-back. Capoue is still probably our best player and so would be totally wasted shifted there instead of his preferred position, Success' biggest talents are in holding the ball up and dribbling, neither of which are much use in defence.

Gomes could do it as he's a lovely guy.
