Could be that he's being loaned to us immediately. But in which case not really clear why do it that way and take up a loan space. Could be that he's being brought in as preparation for someone else from Udinese coming on loan to us. Any ideas of who might fit the bill? Could be that he's being held as back up in case we need to ship him onto our books in Jan to cover injuries etc. Could just be that he's genuinely wanted as part of the Udinese set up for the year.
Surely he won’t be a part of their team in Serie A? Signing for the Pozzo’s Udinese must make him closer to joining us on loan. I don’t know why they’d do that but we don’t understand most of what they do.
Why would Udinese sign him on a free, only for them to loan him to us when there are limits on how many players we can loan from them?
I really doubt they would have announced him how they did if he was going to be leaving. Although, never put anything past the Pozzo communication machine.
Perhaps after living in Sheffield for 5 years he wanted to move back to Italy. Different climate and lifestyle. Good luck Nando.
Decent squad player, free, needs to proove fitness maybe. Not sure which squad he's best suited to, have a chat between family, decide Italy could most use his skillset. I think he'll do well there.
Udinese’s Technical Director has said that Forestieri brings ‘skills’ they didn’t have last season and want him to stay there supposedly.
It’s because Udinese have white socks and therefore able to display his Watford shin pads underneath clearly . Watford have dark socks and therefore we wouldn’t be able to see if he s wearing his Watford shin pads or not .
Surely he's going to arrive on loan at 22:59 this evening now we've sent three attackers over there and made him about eighth choice. Just do it. It's not what we need but **** it, would make me laugh.
This makes a worrying amount of sense. It would be vintage Gino to have a player training at London Colney, sign for Udinese, then come back on loan.
Legit makes no sense for him to stay at Udinese - they've signed Geri, Pussetto, Pereyra who all play his position. He must be about 8th choice.
It honestly makes complete sense from a financial perspective. They pay his wages, we get the player. I certainly can't see him getting much game time there now they've taken GD, Pussetto and Pereyra off our hands.
