Favourite Coffee/tea Mug

I'm currently rehearsing for a play which requires a Dorset accent and I read this in my perfect brogue.

 

Thanks for the reminder to steal a Brita Maxtra cartridge from work for my kettle.

I use the water from that in my nespresso machine too, which, like the kettle has never needed descaling.

 

I like lemonade more. Apart from a couple of weeks over Christmas trying to get back into it, I've not drunk since the end of September.

Calm down and relax with a delicious cup of soothing rooibos tea .. not a caffeine molecule in sight, and great for old farts with a water problem as it’s not a diuretic like that espresso shyte..

 

Neither. Scones have dried fruit in them. Fruit is bad enough. Why make it less palatable by drying the **** out of it. Cream is also nasty and so is jam, because jam is boiled to buggery fruit with **** loads of sugar added.

Also anyone that pronounces them "Scoewnes" rather than "scgons" needs shooting.

 

I have phases of drinking camomile, peppermint or green tea.

I won't have roobois as I wont drink anything I can't pronounce.

 

Hackchewally my favourite mug was a "You have just been poisoned" one from here. A girlfriend booked us in to stay there for a weekend to celebrate one year of us putting up with each other. I paid for the mug, left it on the counter whilst we tried on blazers. Some ****er then stole it.

Jam on top is just ludicrous. Jam is runny so just rolls off the heap of cream unless both are applied very sparingly.
"Sparingly" is not a word that should feature in a cream tea.
Smother the scone with Jam then pile as much cream on top as is possible, aiming for the thickest least runny cream.
The devon cream tea is clearly a feeble imitation of the original and best design.

Had the same mug and it was stolen at work a couple of years ago. Don't even think there were any other Watford fans in my office. Sad thinking about it, just want it back.
