I'm only going to go back to the stadium if it's an absolute 100% requirement of beating this CV19 virus. While restrictions remain limited, and I'm still permitted to stay away, I will take advantage of that exemption.

Yes, that was both careless and unfortunate. Whatever we subsequently think of that collection of players that ended up relegated, that was undoubtedly the best Watford performance of our five years in the PL. Everyone did their job to perfection.

Well that's that then. I was looking forward to going to a match at last, but now I see it is a requirement to wear a mask.
No way on this planet am I going to be muzzled to go to football.
Mask is a symbol of oppression and control, muzzles are for dogs and slaves, and I will not be wearing one.

  5. Satire not dead. Still, you didn't go too far and call it a 'face-nappy' like the anti-masker ****wits like Piers Corbyn and David Icke...
    hesitates...
    maybe he's being serious...

    Some people being oppressed, yesterday.

I get what you’re saying although, playing Devil’s advocate a little, those of us coming from further away are probably more likely to drive rather than use public transport so less mingling with others getting there and back?

I did the same - gave my ticket to my 13 yr old Spurs supporting nephew so that he could enjoy seeing some star players run riot.....

Garden centres will be allowed customers back as normal so Id imagine Bournemouths garden shed will be allowed its full capacity back , as long as they can clear out the old bicycles and the unused Black and Decker workmate.

Because the Government don’t want people travelling from a higher tiered area to watch the game in a lower tiered area, at the risk of spreading the virus, I believe.

Should be locals only. Proper fans don’t move away.

I imagine you wouldn’t be able to do that anyway but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to travel from a fellow “Tier 1” region.

Absolutely. All the Watford fans in Tier 1 areas - the Outer Hebrides, the Shetland Islands, Rockall, rural Cornwall and a field just outside Leicester - should be able to attend.

Lol, I spent years in the late 70's - early 80's living with my parents and trying to save for a house of my own.
In those days house prices where rocketing. The cost of the required 20% deposit was increasing more than my savings.
I wanted, as they say, to get on the ladder.
One Saturday afternoon, I drove to Hemel to see if I could find anything affordable in the estate agent's window (we didn't have rightmove then).
I remember that the cheapest house that I could find in Hemel was £36,000. Didn't have the £7,200 deposit, and would have struggled with the repayments anyway.
Got in the car, drove to Leighton Buzzard, found house for £20,000.
Houses in Oxhey, where I used to live. and wanted to stay, at the time where more than double what I paid.
If I wanted to move back now, would cost me, for a similar residence to the one I have now, an extra £160,000 I reckon.
Think I will just keep getting the train.

Klopp, Neville and co already complaining that they will have a smaller percentage of fans than others with smaller grounds.

Watford - Tier 2, up to 2,000 fans allowed. Upcoming home fixtures: Cardiff (5 Dec), Rotherham (8 Dec), Brentford (15 Dec)

Only those within spitting distance of the ground need apply. But no spitting to see if you are close enough :p

No doubt the chance for bedwetters to be there and boo in person will be too tempting to resist. With only 2,000 in the ground the players will likely be able to clearly make out their moans, groans and wails. Any die hard bedwetter needs to grasp this opportunity.

    @wfcmoog take note.

Club have sent out an e-mall.

No more than 6 in a bubble and have to be from same house hold I think.

which is tougher than Govt rules which allows up to 6 to mix outside from diffferent households I think

what was the point of the previous bubble application for up to 6 which didn’t specify that

I agree. If my sister and I can sit in a pub garden together, I don’t really understand why we can’t sit together at a match.
