Yeah, that looks rubbish, totally unreliable and general nonsense. There can be no unbiased metric for that, the results are ridiculous. Luton Town are not better at engaging fans than Watford. No backing, just unsubstantiated independent study.
True - we were nominated for community club of the year only last week so you can probably get all sorts of different outcomes depending on who you ask.
