Well can we avoid Palace too...
Another non league team would be nice, are the scum still in it?
I'd absolutely love our first 11 to give them a proper embarrassing spanking into double figures.
Any of these away.....
I'd just take any time on the Saturday to be honest as anything would work.
No. Seemed to take an eternity but Brighton away it is. Not the draw I'd have picked but winnable ?
Would be handy
Man Utd. Guaranteed on tv then.
We will be number 23 in tomorrow evening’s draw.
Look out for 5 or 26. If we get either of those it could be very interesting.
Barnet away would be nice. Fairly local to us and give our second string a sterner teat than Reading, Woking and a 75% full Spuds team did in the Moo Moo Cup.
Failing that, Manure home.
Was there a draw to decide the numbers?
I have no idea what a sterner teat would be like but it might be worth going to Barnet to find out.
Oldham away would be fun.
The numbers are decided based on the order of the ties out of the hat in the 3rd round. Whoever were the winners of the match between the first two balls out in the 3rd round draw will be ball number 1 in the 4th round draw; we are 23 because our tie was the 23rd tie drawn out for the 3rd round.
Surely Barnet would be a softer teat?
Probably the softest.
Never knew that.
My cousins returned last night from Sheffield, delighted with their win.
I remember our win there in the cup before,in the promotion season under GT?
Palmer played well I recall.
We'll get Liverpool or City away no doubt!
Arsenal and sheff weds played 4 in 1993 - league cup final, fa cup semi final, fa cup final, fa cup final replay
Historically, our FA Cup 4th round results are in our favour: https://watford.fcdb.info/?s=5407
Played 56, W25 D11 L20 F101 A84
Stats don't lie, so I predict we will progress to the 5th round with a 1.8 - 1.5 win
When is the draw and what number are we?
Took place last night m8.
Brighton away. Have already booked the train tickets.
You could at least have warned us.
I'm a tinpot fan and can't get anywhere near a ticket for the smaller allocations nearby so anywhere really far away where no one wants to go would be great.
Bolton, Doncaster, Accrington, Oldham
Woking away was comfortable enough. Wouldn't mind getting them again.
Excellent knowledge, I always wondered how they did the numbers but could never be ar5ed to find out
Been moved for TV.
You don't often see the words 'Oldham' and 'fun' in the same sentence
They have a few issues so opened up the managers job to fans who bought tickets for the Fulham game, you might have heard the lucky winner Pete Wild is actually living up to his name!
Amazing to think they had 3 seasons in the top flight and 2 FA cup finals about 25 years ago.
The FA don't seem completely sure we're through:
2nd leg still to come ? Do away goals count double ?
Kicked out as punishment for TD's comments after the Muff game ?
3 others missing ?
To be fair, although he's an Oldham fan, Pete Wild was working as their academy manager before he got the job - he didn't get the gig because his name was pulled out of a hat!
We’ll get drawn away at Luton/Sheff Weds. Our northern friends will subsequently win the replay.
Does anyone know when the draw is? The information is very difficult to find.
