Oh yes firstly Basingstoke, then Staines sounds like Hayes and Yeading will be the direction he is going in!

Sniffer Senior? Improbable hero away to Coventry in the FA cup, when the FA Cup was special and Coventry were good and we were crumbling. Leg....

Tony Agana mentioned already. I remember him being handful against ManU when Bassett was still a manager; we should have won that game. Before that season Watford visited Finland in the summer. Dave Mitchell was on trial and scored, I believe. Is he a player agent or something nowadays? Blissett got 4 goals then(?). Peter Hetherstone, also mentioned earlier, was there also and Blissett joked that Peter had paid to have got a chance to join Watford. Mark Falco had left to Rangers. One of the coaches (Gillett?; nice guy) told after the game that he got too good an offer to turn down. Bardsley was suffering under new manager and left later. Great players those two.

Couple of other names; I have a picture of myself with Mel Rees; summer tour in Sweden. I also saw Jimmy Davies in preseason tour in Finland; he would have been handfull. He never played an official game though... RIP.

Stuart Rimmer; never made it with Watford really. He was signed at the time, when managers wanted a macig to happen, when things were not going very well. Not possible anymore with the windows...

Despite playing quite a lot of games Mark Yeates is someone I tend to forget about.

Paul Jones, Lenny Pidgely and Tomasz Kuszczak come to mind thinking about goalies. Was gutted we did not sign Kuszczak on a perm after his loan, but we then go thte pozzos and have had a decent keeper in the sticks ever since

I wish I could forget. Rank rotten.

Only saving grace was that Boothroyd wasn't able to buy him permanently after offering an eye watering sum and chasing him for months.

I remember hearing/reading that Kuszczak refused to travel with the team and travelled by himself. I could be wrong but was it on here or a podcast or something

Wayne Allison of the starey eyed goal celebration, always played well against us though IIRC.

Ashley Youngs' little brother, Lewis (?) think he had a few games and stayed in his brothers shadow.

Also Josh McEachran. I don’t remember him doing anything positive with the ball during his loan with us. He seemed obsessed with simply keeping possession and then laying off an easy pass to a team mate.

Both him and Bridcutt were from the Rodgers model of playing.

    Anyone remember much of Neuton?
    Centre back
Played about 7 or 8 games in 2012/13 under Zola. Obviously it was a good season but not sure what Neuton added too that. Just another forgotten loan signing

Tried dribbling out of defence in his first or second game and (you know what’s coming) gave away a goal!

Our very own David Luiz, with 10% of his defensive abilities and 15% of his dribbling/passing abilities.
    Found his level;
"In September 2016, Neuton signed with Italian third-tier club Pistoiese.[12] On 31 August 2017, he switched clubs and countries and moved to Cypriot club Doxa Katokopias.[13] On 5 April 2018, he returned to his native country and signed with second-tier club Juventude.[14]"
