All sorts of details being thrown about... That we have had a bid rejected but Rose is at London Colney hoping for a breakthrough... That a bid has been accepted for £12m... That it’s a loan deal with view to £10m perm deal... The key part is that Sessegnon hasn’t been announced but Spurs yet. I expect we will have to wait for that news first before anything about Rose is announced.
Didn't see them say that? Not that they know a ******* thing anyway. Although tbh don't see how we pull this one off - even if he's at training ground!
Means it’s as good as done if their Sarr/Dybala/Coutinho/Zaha updates have been anything to go by in the past day.
I thought they're just saying that a bid has been rejected? Would be a bit odd for it to be off completely given that he's at our training ground. Most the other twitter comments about this say that the rejected bid has already occurred, but that negotiations are still ongoing to try and finalise things.
Spurs have signed Sessegnon at 25 mil and want to get Rose off the books, be surprised if we don't have him one way or the other!
Ian Dennis on the BBC live feed saying that rumours of Rose at the training ground not true, this deal is not happening? Who knows.
It's the same every year on deadline day. They have to keep talking from 9 am to 5pm and it's mostly tripe.
Had his 'just in case' medical and now waiting on the battle between Gino and Levy over the price to take the Earth off its axis.
Spuds told him to go get another club. He's in his last year of contract I think so he's worth jack **** in the next window. My cheeky bet would be on Spuds caving late in the day.
When Foster joined his medical was in London - I don't think they do medicals at the training ground.
Sessegnon to Spurs is still not official. Expected to be but it’s not done yet. And it’s not hard to imagine that’s the key to us getting Rose. Given how close it is to 5pm, he’s likely been allowed to come to London Colney, do the relevant stuff (medical, verbally agree terms, get paperwork drafted) so it can be a quick turnaround if the green light comes from Spurs.
WFC medicals are 2-part things, done at the training ground and Harley Street. Saw a Twitter thread earlier that said many clubs take the pre-season reports from the selling club’s medical staff if they want the deal to go through against time constraints. Medical staff are bound by their profession to be transparent hence why clubs are sometimes happy to take that in lieu of a full-medical.
Be careful old boy. I mentioned I was away on holiday and they’ve been round and stolen my tv. They did water the garden though on their way out
He's not really away, he's just getting his alibi in for when he breaks into your house and frames Cyan.
