Easter weekend is when the Government was going to do a major update as to whether the current quarantine measures were working, therefore, it's logical that they'll either be relaxed or enforced further, similar to France, Spain and Italy. We're not at the peak yet (I think) and Boris is in hospital, you'd imagine things are going to be enforced further for a few weeks, no exercise, no travel further than 1 mile from your house etc.
