Am I right in thinking that if City win the league, we will be in the Community Shield next year whatever the result of the Cup final??

No, the Community Shield doesn't work like that, league runners-up get in if a team does the double, so we have to win the Cup to return to Wembley in the summer. The Supercopa in Spain does though, and being honest I prefer it like they do there

I'd only go if we play Liverpool. Seeing us beat City at Wembley twice in 2 consecutive first team matches will be a bit boring.

 

If City win the EPL and CL but we beat them in the FA cup final then we win the EPL and CL instead of City.

Which means we play ourselves in the Charity Shield .

Even Chalobah might get a game ..... but not Navarro.

 

If we win the Herts cup and City win the Lancs cup do we toss a coin for the Warwickshire cup ?
