I still don't necessarily think he's what we need or would be much more than a decent signing at this point, but if the rumoured £5m fee is true then it is a good deal for a young English player who could become a good player at this level.

I have been inside, all be it a few years ago but I have been inside and it bares a very similar resemblence, also quick look on google will show you it looks nothing like Chelsea's cobham training ground

 

I'm pretty sure that's the wood panelling on the side of the training ground that faces the pitches.
