I don't know what else was posted but for anyone to suggest that the word "Hic" is anything other than a light hearted joke, is a joke within itself. It doesn't go anywhere near any law breaking and people are making assumptions based on other stories. Whilst i fully support the new board and the WHOLE of the admin team keep it real people and don't now go to far the other way, the fiscal board was a joke off the scale, don't go to the other end of the scale try and find the medium ground.
It's a very sensitive time at the moment, plus your comment was not the only one made. It's not an over reaction, it's common sense. PLEASE give us time to settle then we can all relax a bit more. I don't need to repeat myself any more so that's all I'll say. I'm quite happy to leave this thread open, but the Clark Carlisle one stays closed, (and stickied for the day).
Unwise use of words! I should have pointed out that someone put "glug glug" at the end of one of the posts before yours that was edited out by a mod. It wasn't just your post that gave us a problem.
I didn't see what followed this post but I think you have to recognise that where you go, others, less able to think for themselves, will follow. This is exactly what used to happen on the official boards. One hint from you and all your little minions would grab the idea and run with it. You have power , use it wisely !
The problem is that there are "faces" that were well respected on the ficial site and some look at them as being almost godlike. All it takes is one small word said in jest for a thread to deteriorate rapidly... thats not a blame on the person who said the one small word, its just a sorry fact of life on message boards in general.
It's better to move them off track. So what football matches this week would everyone like v-bookie events for?
