After Michail Antonio inevitably tore us a new one on saturday, I was trying to think of how many other opposition players always seem to do well against us. I don't mean genuinely great players, because that list would be ridiculously long. I'm thinking of the ones who do particularly well against us for no apparent reason. So far I can think of: Antonio, Kevin Phillips and Trippier. Let's see if we can think of a whole team. Just for the bantz. #embracethenegativity
Could make a similar argument for Big Bad Troy, but i'm thinking more people who are paid to help the opposition!
True, but Salah and Sterling in particular seem to enjoy scoring hat ticks against us. Bizzarly, we do well vs Kane, Vardy and Zaha DIVE.com
Aguero has about 15 goals against us, but he's quite good anyway. Paddy Kenny in goal, he always looked overweight but always seemed to play well against us
That 5-1? game was possibly my worst experience. Marcus Gayle showing us what could be if Troy converted to a CB!
Nothing to do with players who were regular thorns in the side... But following on from your reply... Gillingham 1-0 Watford, Boxing Day 2003. Has never been topped as an utterly miserable experience from start to finish for me.
