Did you use "Iriney" herbs? I haven't found them particular good...

I find that the more I use them, the more they let you down.

I try to make them the core of my dish (midfield), but the flavours of the meat (opposition) just breeze right past and just make the Iriney a waste of space and ultimately ****.
