I'm more thankful to Lord Ashcroft every day.

Who is going to claim the goal bonus..
And will the Brentford goalie and defence claim theirs for a clean sheet ...
Don't worry. Bas has it all covered. Claims to be sent on the back of a postcard please.
That image reminds me of something.
All part of his long plan to bankrupt Bolton and take them over. Evil little genius isnt he.
The long weekend has begun. A toast to you all.
Deal "close to collapse" according to BBC
What a prize clown.
Good to see. He'll lose all the money he's spent on lawyers to get this far.
Nah, he won't be able to pay them.
You think he's paying them with his money?
Do you think he pays them?
If it isn't his money? Absolutely!
He's excellent at spending other people's money, as the salad bros can attest to.
Hopefully, it is the least awful outcome for Bolton.
What I didn't like about this episode was that the second para of each article started 'Former Watford owner...'
Not much fun for the away fans travelling to matches on Mars and Venus. In the former, the atmosphere would be pretty lifeless and in the latter, definitely toxic.
This is reminiscent of when the media were reporting that we had been bought by the Ponzos, but Helmet maintained he hadn't sold and was holding out got 150m or something
Bolton have been placed in administration.
EDIT: Seems Sky Sports have jumped the gun.
So do they start with -10 or whatever next season?
Yeah, that's usually the case when a relegated teams enters administration. Southampton were in administration in the season they got relegated from the Championship, if they had got enough points to stay up it would have been applied that season (sending them down, but with a clean slate for League 1), but they didn't, hence they began on -10. Not sure what happens if they exit administration though
-12 I think per the BBC website yesterday.
The club still needs to come though administration successfully and reach an end-point/new owner where they can continue as a club. The points deduction is the least of their issues today.
Bolton appoint administrators. -12 pts.
Mars ain’t the kind of place to raise your kids. In fact it’s cold as hell.
If Citeh have been jimmying about with FFP, shouldn’t they receive a points deduction?
Too late for the league now but maybe start with -12 goals on Saturday to make it interesting ?
Wouldn’t that be the first 0-0 in a Cup Final for a while?
