I call a tie. No. 2 and No. 12 both win. Until No.12 is resized we will go with No.2 as our header. Other future headers with maybe a little tweaking will be no.s 7, 11 & 15. My personal favorite was 11, (apart from the winners of course ), and I think with a little rework that could be pretty d4mn good. Off to upload no. 2 now. By the way, there's nothing to stop anyone forwarding a banner at any time.
