I have just logged on to the ticket site and my Away Games Group has changed from A to C. Does anyone know if the rules have changed or also seen a problem? I have been to 5 away games this season so do not understand why I have been moved down to C.
Something weird going on. I have been downgraded to B on the opening page, but further investigation reveals: Mr XXXXXXX (XXXXX) Away Games Group B - <UK> Active until 31/05/2026 Mr XXXXXXX (XXXXX) Away Games Group A - <UK> Active until 31/05/2026 Mr XXXXXXX (XXXXX) Away Games Group B - <UK> Active until 31/05/2026 So I have three memberships, 1A and 2Bs! I was an A+. These are the criteria: (I am a ST holder with about 60 aways in the period specified) Away Group A: 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders with 15 or more Away League & Cup match ticket purchases under a Fan ID record since July 2014. Away Group B: Non-Season Ticket Holders with 15 or more Away League & Cup match ticket purchases under a Fan ID record since July 2014.Away Group C: 2018/19 Season Ticket Holders with 14 or less Away League & Cup match ticket purchases under a Fan ID record since July 2014.Away Group D: Non-Season Ticket Holders with between 1 & 14 Away League & Cup match ticket purchases under a Fan ID record since July 2014. And before any body points out and it's not my fault: fewer.
I do not know, but thought your status was based on a rolling last 12 months. So today 02 Feb 2018-01 Feb 19. Not the season Aug17-May 18.
I called the ticket office this morning and they assured me I was Group A and that it was a problem with Ticketmaster, that they are trying to resolve. All they recommended was to keep checking the website!
