35 Years And Never Felt So Low As A Fan

Currently doing some work on my carsnd the forums are nearly dead, the Facebook groups are the best place for information.its a shame and I hope bit never happens here.

Once I've finished I might delete Facebook. Would really love if the anti monopoly laws broke them up as they just buy their alternatives

 

Have you tried Reddit? There’s usually some very good information on there, and their rating system better grades the usefulness of posts so you don’t see the idiots.

 

I have recently got rid of my last social media account and I feel so liberated. It is a complete waste of time that adds nothing to your life, merely stealing valuable time from you as you brainlessly scroll through pointless info from irrelevant people. Instagram is very toxic, everyone putting on this facade showing their “best life”. Everything on there is done for ego. If you do anything for ego in life you will never find happiness because there will always be someone out there who will criticise you, which you will inevitably take to heart because it will bruise your ego - the thing you spend so long trying to perfect.

Nice bit of Monday morning philosophy there, have a great week my fellow vegetable wavers.

For the car stuff Facebook is the place for all the knowledge.

First of all, thank you all for the likes. It's nice to know that so many of you stand in solidarity against certain individuals in our fanbase who make disgusting and shameful comments like the ones the OP came across.

An update: I don't wish to go into specific detail, but I've done everything I need to do and the club will raise this matter with the police. Huzzah! Fewer racists at Vicarage Road will make our club a happier and more welcoming place for all.

 

It's Happy Indonesia Day today...outbreaks of fish-fiddling, motorbike bores with uniform fetishes are inevitable.

 

Thank god the Police will now be dealing with this very serious matter rather than, say, wasting their time and limited resources locking up rapists, robbers, violent criminals etc. Well done to all concerned.

You must do what you feel is appropriate. Personally I don't think social media name calling warrants such a hysterical response (on someone else's behalf) and I certainly don't believe that it should be a matter for the police. But I am probably out of step with current thinking on such matters

 

Nah I completely agree. It’s a sign of the times that sadness is being induced by faceless comments on Social media.

 

The more this vile abuse is ignored, the more those responsible gain strength. I'm with you - report it at every opportunity.
