Haven't had to put my password in on this site for years. Today I’ve been kicked off 3/4 times without actually even clicking on log out. Put my password back in and select stay logged on. Only to then be booted again when I close the browser. Anyone else experiencing this?
Not yet mate. If I do I’ll be back under a new name as I don’t know my password Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I suspect the forum software has identified you as a high risk due to viruses picked up from one of the dodgy sites you accessed through pornhub.
Nope, can’t be that because I don’t have access to any of those sites. Been using a software program called Covenant Eyes for years that blocks all that junk.
Not had that issue but when I try to return to the main forum from my inbox I keep getting a message warning me the site is not secure.
Yes, I had this ages ago and have had to stop using chrome for forum trolling entirely. I mostly use tapatalk, except for Shoutbox, which needs to be accessed via the web version.
I've started having this problem now as well - I'm logged in on this tab in chrome, but every time I open a new tab and go to this site I can't login. I also can't login anymore at all via chrome on my phone.
I had this earlier - Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other Site Data > See all cookies and Site Data > Search for WFCForums and delete all. That then let me login and seems to have kept it so far (touch wood!)
That works with Chrome on my phone for about 5 minutes, until the issue arises again and the cookies need deleting once more.
Yeah, it's getting really frustrating now. Is this all wrapped up with the SSCL certificate issue? Any chance of anyone giving an update? Getting to the point where it's so much hassle to get (and stay) logged in that it's better just to read the threads as a guest. But if everyone starts doing that, there won't be much going on the threads!
I suspect the mods cultured their own virus to affect those on the politics thread so they were unable to post, but like Covid, it’s got out of hand.
We are looking into it guys and hope to have a resolution shortly. The cert has always been in place but is not being picked up for some reason.
I think it's an issue with the interweb gods not always recognising the security certificate which I believe is an issue being looked into. take the s out of https in the url and it seems to sort the issue temporarily.
Just testing the site as it looks like members are having issues. Someone respond so I can try help a fellow orn Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
