Calcio News 24 linking #watfordfc with a move for Inter Milan defensive midfielder Zvradko Kuzmanovic, formerly of Stuttgart and Basle.
Have you got a link? I can't see it anywhere on there. I've never heard of this bloke. Could just sign Tom Huddlestone, he'd only be on 50k a week and he'd do a better job.

http://m.calcionews24.com/ora-per-l-inter-salah-e-cessioni-446742.html Which translated means and make of it what you will.... SUPPLIES - There is always hope for Giannelli Imbula from Marseille , especially now that Inter flies on the wings of enthusiasm . And finally, we also talk about the transfer market output for Inter and the topic it deals with La Gazzetta dello Sport : Mateo Kovacic is getting to Liverpool , while Zdravko Kuzmanovic like West Ham , Watford , Schalke 04 and Borussia Moenchengladbach . To replenish the coffers Nerazzurri will be sold even one of Hernanes , Fredy Guarin and Juan Jesus .
Kuzmanovic at Watford!? 50 caps for Serbia including the 2010 World Cup. In 2011, when he was at Stuggart, Chelsea bid £23Million for him!
He was a central player in a side relegated from the league we want to stay in, of course we should snap him up!
And was earmarked by the people who watch him every week as one of the worst, laziest and fattest in a team of failures. Whack out the chequebook Gino!
He has a seriously good CV...Basel, Fiorentina, a £7 million move to Stuttgart, Inter Milan and as Legs said, Chelsea offered a shedload to sign him. Played in a World Cup and in Europe. Would possess a great football brain, even if the legs are a little slow these days.
When did West Ham become our rivals? Every player supposedly linked to us seem to have West Ham sniffing too.
I am in fact Tom Huddlestone. I've been posting the same thing on every Premier League club's forum since the season finished.
Saw the thread title and mistook him for Zlatko Junuzovic. Got excited because he's class. Less excited now that I have googled this chap.
Jel which bit of 'Stuttgart/Fiorentina, Inter Milan/50 international caps/played in a World Cup/Chelsea tried to sign him for £23 million' unimpressed you?
I recall spending a significant amount of money on him on Football Manager before he broke his leg and missed the season.
For fock sake when will people learn!? Please see his complimentary youtube video below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2L2qRSLK6U And here's another of him knocking over Mancini with the ball. EDIT: FML I can't embed videos :doom:
Here is your link, looks like pure speculation to me though. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/watfordfc/watfordfcnews/
Played 25 games for Inter last season and helped knock Maxi Gradel's St Etienne out of the Europa cup without the best striker in France scoring in either leg. It's a da from me.
Not heard amazing things about him. Lots saying he underperformed and didn't live up to the hype at Inter, but their standard is much higher than ours so it's hard to judge if he'd be good enough for us.
With Barton waiting in the wings he'll be out the squad and sitting in our hypothetical Elton John Stand.
We've come to an agreement with Inter for Kuzmanovic. http://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/inter-intesa-col-watford-per-kuzmanovi-695604
I have no idea what to think really. I have followed Inter in Serie A for years, and he's hardly pulled up trees whilst there, or indeed ever nailed down a starting place. Whilst we can say 'it's Internazionale', that's true, but then Inter have been rather poor over the past few years, and didn't even qualify for Europe at all this season. What's the overall difference between what's required for that and what's required for surviving in the Premier League? Who knows. He is also, to be fair, a seasoned international with 50 caps for Serbia. All I can really say is that I'd prefer one or two of our other central/defensive midfield targets, and if it does happen, I'll continue to hope that he is not the only signing we make in that area, whilst also hoping that he takes to it wonderfully and becomes a great player for us...
24/06/15: Watford sign Inter's Kuzmanovic. 25/06/15: Watford's Kuzmanovic joins Udinese in five year deal.
Am well happy with this . The DM role requires an experienced head , its as much about reading the game as physical attributes . Superb pedigree and loads of experience . I'd read that Bilic had made him his number 1 target for spam so very surprised he chose us
Inter and WFC Agree Transfer of Zvradko Kuzmanovic Confirmed early this morning that WFC have agreed the transfer of midfielder Zvradko Kuzmanovic.
Find it funny that the moment we get back into the prem all of a sudden we should be signing players that make us better and when were linked to players that would make us better, we write them off in an instant and say their not good enough. Players like this guy will make us much better, 50 int caps, played for Basel, Stuggart, Fiorentina and Inter. Played in European competitions and with a variety of World Class players throughout his career, been trained by someone of the best coaches at top European clubs but because he has one poor where he didn't play much, all of a sudden he's crap! Flippin ridiculous!!! Same thing with Paulinho, anyone who says they don't want him at Watford is an idiot. Can't believe some fans would rather line up with Watson and Munari than the quality we are being linked with. Just because a player has one bad season doesn't mean he's lost it. We would be a force next season if Kuzmanovic, Paulinho, Perotti, Stambouli and Tighadouini joined us but the fact we have people saying not good enough, not "prem proven" or my personal favourite "it's a risk" as if our owners have no clue what they are doing! Just Shut up and enjoy the ride and the fact that little old Watford are even being linked to these kind of players. Even if it is stupid money or is way out there and will most likely never happen, at least our name is being bounced around as a possible option. It sounds to me like some of you would rather go back to the days of being linked to perry digweed! Now I've got that off my chest, I feel much better.
