    for me the jurys still out.

    Great football to watch, but we lack a plan B, not hoofball, but a plan when we are getting over run. I find some of his substitutions negative and often reactive rather than proactive.

    At times his lack of expiriance and knowledge of the championship has cost us a lot of points.

    For me a very good coach, but not yet a good manager

    We needed a British manager who understands this level such as Paul Jewell or Dave Jones.
