    Ok here goes.......

I have been very critical of the Pozzos over the last few season. Mistakes have been made. This much is true.

    However, I LOVE Watford FC.

Let’s pull together and let bygones be bygones.

Whatever has happened has happened. We should
give the Pozzos the chance to learn from their mistakes. Support them to get the club back in a good place.

We should be demanding of them but understanding. Let them show they love this club as we do and have the ambition to return to the premiership.

    Come on Watford.

    Up the Watty.

You’ve got to be someone on the board, current or recent ex player, or even Giraldi himself.

I wish I was then the shambles of this season would not have happened.

I am a fan, a long term fan, a demanding fan.

I love Watford at the end of the day.

I have been going since the 90’s and I love them and I love meeting my mates in Watty and going to the games.

    One chance Pozzos, one chance.

    Up the Watty.

Look on the bright side, they know how to get teams to compete at the top end of the Championship. Sad for relegation, but I am looking forward to next season, expect us to give promotion a real good go

Yes. This does play to the Pozzo’s strength. They will need to do a lot of work in a short period - 6 weeks away from the new season. But they did bring in a squad very quickly when they took over, which got to the playoffs.

In fairness we've just ended a five year stint in the premier league and although it was a ***** season I would hope Pozzo and Co. Might learn some lessons about what was done right and especially what was done wrong ( and a lot seems to have been done wrong from the top)
But I'm hopeful that if they should remain in charge that the lessons will be learned and thus leave us with a more experienced and renewed management to have another shot at promotion and then to become a real contender in the premier league.
But although I feel it would be knee jerk to call for Pozzos head changes will need to be seen as the season past just isn't good enough from a Watford team.
I've been saying for a while that there is a real laziness about that team with no fight or desire and it needs serious addressing
Hopefully Pozzo has what is needed to make the changes

Keep the negative comments out of here please.

I am no shining light of positivity recently but now is the time to rally round and support the club.

Hoping the Pozzo’s stayed committed to the club. We could do so much worse. I think next season could be tough, but at the same time the championship gives most teams a chance of the play-offs. The forward line is so key in the Championship, so it will be interesting to see who we have in the forward positions.

I was distraught over the Villa loss,it seemed a turning point.
I've always had belief in Gino but this has been diluted as the influence of Giraldi has grown.
The next week will be pivotal for our development I think. As many have said Gino needs to front up and not only speak but act.
I'll still be there, when we're allowed in but I know many who have lost their faith due to this season's mismanagement.
    Critical time for Gino.
I believe it will make or break him.

Agree. A statement is needed with actions to back it up.

If we take his past actions we should assume he will act in the right way.

If he does I shall support.

    If not well......

I sincerely hope his heart is in it and this lesson is taken onboard and the club is stronger for it.

A lot will depend on what Gino does between now and our restart in the championship, and how well he communicates with us the fans. I am still with him for now, just about, but things must improve from how he has handled this season, or my support for him might just fall right away.

I would tend to agree. We lost momentum when lockdown happened then having to restart. The belief seemed to go. Mullins said something similar tonight. Many players didn't perform well enough on return.

**** me, Villa weren't good after the restart, but they showed at least some level of organisation, something which, 89 minutes against Leicester aside, frustratingly proved comically beyond us. Oh well, Championship it is, fancy we have a strong foundation to bounce back up with the players on our books already, cut the deadwood, make a couple of signings and I think we're in a good place

If I were in there position I'd be very pi**ed off that West Ham weakened their team at half time. In the circumstances it was a pretty bad move.

Yep, I get my long weekend in Bournemouth, that's if we are allowed back into the grounds, which seems somewhat unlikely.
