Also - looks at the words printed inside the neck of the shirt...does that say 'Entertainment'?! Bunch of jokers.

Well if the 'Land of the Rising Sun' theme is what Kelme are going for, they've made a big boo boo as that is Japan, not China!

When opposing fans ask me for my Watford FC Tinpot list, this shirt will undoubtably make it into the top 5.

Even if we stay up, I reckon Sarr and Deulofeu will be off just so they don't have to be seen in public wearing that!

Maybe it'll look better when seen properly, but initial thoughts are it's a shocker.

Thought we voted against the badge change? Now they’ve gone and replaced the moose with a ******* paw print.

    Think it says ‘Transparent’

Edit.. Nevermind, i have no idea what that says. But it’s neither transparent or entertainment. I believe it might just be another synonym for ‘Pile of ****’

I just want it to be duly noted that I was always vocally against the move and posted as much to that effect, because I knew it would be ****, but even I couldn't have imagined it would possibly be as bad as that.

There you are; there's your 'customised kit'. Unfortunately that customisation appears to revolve around directly representing the values of the club's current playing staff and hierarchy in the DNA of the shirt's design. That is to say, it's a f ucking pisstake.

    I think it says 'Empowerment'.

Kelme are a third-tier brand who have produced a fair number of cheap looking shirts in recent years. This might set a new standard. People wanted a bespoke kit and bought into the hype about selling in China. This is what you get. Something ugly and unsuitable for football in this country.

Could've been a classic design. Could've been a classy design. Instead, if this is real, we have something befitting as awful as the football we've been playing.

It does. Other words you can make out are 'family' and 'respect'. I assume this will be some gimmicky 'words that define the club on the inside' type thing.

Hoping 'hoofball' and 'Giraldi' are also on there.

All we need is a yellow ******* shirt. No stripes, no hoops, no Wolverine scratch marks. A yellow shirt like this little legend is wearing.

Save the gimmicky crap for the away shirt.

Something that just occurred to me: if that is indeed the real kit, and it certainly looks like it, then someone has actually managed to design a worse kit for us than Dryworld; a company based around making plastic covers for American Football cleats that had never outfitted a European soccerball team before and couldn't even fulfil the terms of their contract. Now there's something I never thought I'd be able to say.

Maybe the dazzle yellow and black camouflage will confuse opponents. Problem is for that to work you need to be running with speed. So Deeney is a dead dodo in it. Maybe he had a hand in it. Makes him look slimmer.

Do we think the club has a veto on designs? Be interesting to know if the a club signs off on a design - you’d imagine they would.

I’m not one who gets caught up in football lots etc. I’d rather the kit was the same every season with just the sponsor and manufacturer changing but I know that will never happen. But as mentioned above, the best kits are the simple ones. The one that @GoingDown has posted above should be what we aim for every time.

Love it....I hope this is real and not one of those fakes you always see.

Kills two birds this. Wear it supporting Watford and also you can dress up like Tigger in the Disney fancy dress party. Great stuff.

It looks like something some man bag wearing turd would wear on the main strip of a popular tourist destination, whilst trying to get you to go into his crap restaurant with plastic chairs

We deserve to be relegated if thats our new strip, but as we were getting relegated anyway we should be bumped straight down to league 1 and that would be no more than we deserve.

If this is the new top then ******* hell!

It looks like a shirt which screams 'BRANDING!!'

Colours with sharp lines all pointing and leading the eye to the club badge.

Now replace the badge with any product name and it works as a piece of packaging.
It could just as easily be a crisp bag with the makers name where the badge is or a kind of detergent, a very shouty & annoying type of detergent.
