Too fed up after yesterdays ****show to come up with anything resembling witty or creative (although Pickford's last minute howler has lifted the gloom a bit).

Confidence is low, but will our goal-shy heroes raise their game against top opposition?

    Don't answer that.

Can't raise any enthusiasm for this game, if we concede less than 5 we will have done well. If we score that's a bonus.

Can't be bothered to go. Have as much interest as watching Barca smash some minnow into pieces. City's financial advantages are so dull.

Would take brave 0-2 if offered now.

Such a shame that no-one goes into a game like this with even an ounce of self-belief.

GET. INTO. THEM. AND. ****. THEM. UP.

Literally can’t see any result other than a win for us , don’t think it will be easy we know they can score goals, but with the clinical finishing we have seen recently struggle to believe our strikers will not do us proud.

    Would guess 4:3 to us

Edit just checked not sure what planet the bookies are in but this is 126:1 , get your money on it now , spend your kids Christmas present money on it , that’s my advice

Success and Penaranda up front. Quinoa in for Hughes or Maxi. Masina and Kabs back in. He should be rotating a bit anyway, why not use a free hit game like this?

Hornets to set a new Premier record for goals conceded during an individual match.

The first half will yield all 10 of the goals that will make up the entire selection for MOTD’s goal of the season competition in May.

The final goal will be a complete ‘team’ goal comprising 143 olé passes. The move culminates with the final kick of the game, cunning play from De Bruyne throws the entire Watford denfence as he bounces the ball off of the referees backside and straight into the top corner of the net. All 50 Watford fans left in the ground applaud as do the entire Watford bench.

That’s the problem. You’d can’t even do that or red cards all round. Everything is loaded in their favour.

The boys smashed it at Lesta, and deserve a rest after that display. Time to rotate and give the 2nd string a chance.

1% wow imagine if we beat this lot, what an amazing night it’ll be, I’ll watch it with the hope that this happens.

99% I hate it when we have to play teams like this, I’ve no interest in watching their superstars, their delightful football and their amazing goals when they play against us!

Last two seasons it's ended 0-5 then 0-6. Probably a similar type of score, but I'll be positive. We'll lose 0-3.

I hope to see some changes to the line-up. Hopefully that will happen just because the games are so close together.

I'd like to see Chalobah, Kabasele and Masina starting.

Like others ... we will continue the pattern we've set up for the last 2 seasons, so that's 0 - 7, following on from 0 - 6, 0 - 5 ... I'm going to see at what time people who should not have come in the first place start to leave ...

Got to roll the dice and switch it up. Kabasele and Masina back in. Chalobah in for Capoue and stick Gray and Deeney back in upfront with Hughes and Success dropping to the bench.

Well, the 0 - 6 was at a time we were doing decently and Sssilva thought it would be a good idea to go gung-ho and take them on at their own game---- Nooo!
For 60 minutes we recently did well against Liverpool by making it difficult for them and we were not unentertaining whilst doing it. They've got a good strike force and eventually found a chink in the armour. The indications were they were content with 0 - 1 and were starting to shut up shop when we threw ourselves at them and started to get careless in defence.
I don't much like the idea of us being a boring keep-it-tight outfit all the time, but there's something to said for doing that against their outrageous depth of talent.

There’s more chance of me sitting on the loo and passing solids for 90 minutes non stop than us winning or drawing this game.

Pretty confident that my bet on City -1.5 goals is easy money. Can’t see any way that we get anything besides an absolute fingering here.

Well city could only manage a draw against wolves, whilst we beat them therefore if my logic is correct we should only lose 8-0.

    WTF is -1.5 goals ?
(Serious question, excuse my non betting background, and I’m sure a serious answer will enlighten a few others).

Is it like when goal difference is worth 0.5 points?? :D

Luckily have to be at a meeting so can’t watch the execution wondering how many times the axemans blade will strike before decapitation is complete.
0-3 but the optimist in me says maybe 0- -1.5
