I’ve been trying to compile video clips from the web of Watford games from the 1960s and 1970s, in particular anything from the 1968/69 Third Division title winning season and from the 1973-1977 Mike Keen years (when I first started going to games as a kid). I have the big ones like the Man Utd 60s cup game and 1970 Liverpool and a 1-0 Luton defeat about 1968 but apart from these nothing else from the 60s or 70s. Its not like I expect there to be much if anything but just thought I’d see if anyone knew of any other game footage they’ve seen from those years. Thanks.

It’s highly unlikely that anything exists which you haven’t already seen. Almost no matches were recorded in that era (and much later) unless they were on the weekend TV highlights programmes, which was rare for Watford. The first time anything like regular recording occurred was when the club started producing dodgy season highlights videos to coincide with home VCR ownership, probably in the early 80s.
There are a couple of threads a while back that had action from Sunderland 3 Watford 3 (1970/71 I think) and Oldham 0 Watford 3 (Pat Morrissey hat-trick 1973/74) on this forum. I'm hopeless at posting links (sorry). On Youtube there is action from Peterborough v Watford in the early 1960's (I think Pat Jennings is in goal for us) and on Pathe News Watford 0 Man U 1 (1949/50) and away to Newcastle way back.
Have you tried typing in ,for example , Exeter City, on YouTube and see if anything Watford related pops up ?
There is a club video from Furphy days that I have. I expect some bright spark has transferred that digitally but it's not me! Good luck!
