Lee Mason has stopped being one of my heroes. Failed to send Pickford off or even book him, and then he saved the pen.

Seems a bit of overreach by the ref to save a penalty.

Kevin Friend fails to send two Spurs players off. Bloody incompetent ****. Great result for saints. Great for my Spurs to finish outside top 4 bet.

    Unbelievable

Palace thought they were safe but they fu£k up at home to their arch rivals Brighton and Newcastle, Southampton and Cardiff all win.

Nervy time for Palarse - the cup is not important when they spiral down the table...

I agree. Townsend sort off fell into the defender if anything. Commentators thought it was a stone-waller though.

Everton getting a taste of their own medicine.

Why on earth did they want the Snake? It's not like they weren't warned!

Good point, may be just the right result for us as I was thinking this would be a tough tie as Palace's away form is surprisingly good, they've scored more goals on the road than Liverpool and Chelsea. Still would be happy enough with a replay as I'm quite confident we can finish them off at their place.

Better from outside the area than from 12 yards.

Pickford has several shockingly absent moments every match.

Says a lot about Gavin Waistcoat that he has him as number one.

    Three certainties in life:
Death, taxes and Palace getting a penalty a game.

To be fair, he wasn't left with many alternatives by the time the World Cup came around. However, if he still picks him as first choice now that Heaton is back and in form then he's even more of a fool than I already have him down for.

Bloke on radio “great disciplined performance from Wolves but that doesn’t make them boring”

Pretty sure it’s a different comment when we do it.

Jon Moss struggling once again to get decisions right in the Arsenal game. Stops a great Arsenal break by blowing too early then makes up for it by falling for a dive to give a penalty.

He is comically bad. He’s lucky he hasn’t had to deal with a more blood and thunder Arsenal/United match.

Very soft again - that is twice in a week Arsenal have got 2 penalties for a slight touch but then as you say he gave a few bad ones against them too.

West Ham will be out of contention if the result stays the same. Funny seeing Leeds messing up too!
