There way loads of hype around him and Solanke largely based of youth football (and in Ibe's case one decent spell at championship level), and both were pretty massive failures and Bournemouth spent an awful lot of money on them.

That obviously doesn't mean Brewster will fail like them, but I do think the hype that gets built around some of these youngsters at big clubs can be a bit ridiculous.

    Yep.

I reckon he'll be a decent buy; not a flop like Ibe or Solanke anyway.

He looked very good in the Championship, better than Watkins I reckon despite being 4 years younger. He reminds me a bit of a young Defoe.

The fee seems reasonable considering how much the likes of Maupay, Wilson, McBurnie, Adams etc. have gone for lately (it's the Watkins fee which was nuts).

Sheffield Utd still seem like they'll struggle this season though, O'Connell has been a huge miss for them.

Huge fee for someone who has ability certainly but unproven at the top level. May take him some time to work himself out like DCL. The Blades may be in a little bit of bother at the moment but should have enough to stay up if WBA and Fulham continue to leak goals.
