Barnsley used to make glass, glass bottle bank.

In 1977, Stanley Race made history by dropping an empty jar into the country's first glass bottle bank in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Stanley Race is Keith Hill's father-in-law.

Tis where the company was founded.

As an Interesting spin off, they used to make cars as well, this part of the company turned into Reliant.

I just found that out myself (double checking on Wiki) Apparenly the name Reliant was chosen because when Raleigh stopped motor vehicle production, the cheif designer started his own company and took the remaining spare parts. These had an 'R' stamped on them.

Getting a bit feeble. However it did remind me of that brilliant interview in the Brass Eye paedophilia special where DJ Neil "Dr" Fox said : "paedophiles have more genes in common with crabs than they do with you and me", adding "Now that is scientific fact — there's no real evidence for it — but it is scientific fact".

Apologies, a rush job from my tablet.

That is Jason Flemyng as Mr Hyde from the film The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, so is it Dougie Freeman because he's all chained up and therefore not a 'free man'?

    A florette of broccoli...

    Broccoli is an italian vegetable.

The man who introduced broccoli to England was from Southampton.

Southampton has got a tree on its emblem, broccoli looks like trees.

Broccoli traditionally flowers in May and in Southampton there is a Mayflower museum.

Matt Cardle is from Southampton and he has as much talent as a broccoli.

    Craig David!
