What a ****head. Make him isolate for 2 weeks, which means he's out of testing and won't be back for selection for 3/4. Five him 4 weeks wages.

Come on, be realistic. A completely idiotic move on his part - but a free transfer? He’s a sellable asset with a cost. In the best financial climate you try and get money for him - given the current state of the game, there is zero chance of us releasing him!

Also, he’s unpopular with some fans - but that doesn’t mean he’s unpopular with the squad. On the contrary, looking at social media over the past year, he seems a popular member of the squad.

 

Outside of this issue, when else has he been a trouble maker with us? Sorry, that’s just a lazy and strange thing to say. If you don’t like his ability, that’s fine. But he’s been no trouble at all at the club discipline wise until this incident.

 

Presumably the ***** have been excluded from Saturday training? Otherwise whole squad at risk.

Apologies, you are correct. I’ve worded that rather poorly. Andre’s not had any trouble at Watford per se, but he has had issues at other clubs in the past. I feel it’s only a matter of time before he does something else stupid and it’s evident he holds an influence over some of the other players such as Quina.

Having a party isn’t really a massive issue at hand. It’s the fact that he didn’t use his brain to think “Would I get in trouble for this, especially as we’re still in lockdown with limits to 6 people?” Oh, and that he’d film it for social media to see as well.

 

Clearly he filmed it so all the NHS staff the club have spent 3 months supporting can see that the players are continuing to set an example.

 

Ffs, Gray is dispensable, Quina doesn't seem favoured by Pearson, but Chalobah would be a miss

 

I’d let the club investigate before jumping to conclusions.

For instance, it could be something his partner has arranged as a surprise - she’s invited guests and some have attended. Quina and Chalobah may have attended without Gray’s prior knowledge...

Its a extremely ill-judged and I’m sure there will be consequences. But we don’t know the ins and outs.

Footage has emerged of Gray singing "L*ton till I die" and mocking his current employers by repeatedly successfully controlling a football that was being thrown at him by other guests, including David Pleat and that morbidly obese centre back from a few years back.

I think the worst bit is unlike most footballers Gray can normally do what he wants on his birthday as it's off season, and for the rest of his life he'll be retired and married to a pop star.

This was literally the one year in his whole life he just had to suck it up and not have a party to make himself feel special and he couldn't do that.

 

Says a lot about the c**ts in our squad, doesn't it.

 

Nobody is taking any notice of the lockdown rules anymore so I don't have a problem with Grey having a few friends round to celebrate his birthday. But I hope the club cancel his contract straight away as a punishment for being utter sh1te
