Just been reading on the Valladolid forum that they think they might be getting Isaac Success on loan.
Would love to see a fully fit, confident Isaac Success because I think he could be a monster of a player. Unfortunately being a top level player is about having your head screwed on and I'm not sure he's ever going to make it here. A loan could do him good though and the next coach may be able to get something out of him.
Sounds like he might in contention to make the bench at least for this afternoon's game. Fingers crossed!
A return to training, no more it would seem. Someone seems to have suggested that a bit of running around might aid his career.
Well Silva didn't like him and Wally used him sparingly. Maybe he should look at his own professionalism first before blindly hoping that another gaffer sees what a genius he is.
He was either on the bench as there was nobody else fit and he's nearly fit enough. Or he's back to fitness and Sinclair is considered a better option than him..... Either way it sounds like he's off to Malaga on loan. If he can't stand out in the bottom side in La Liga then he'll need to seriously impress in pre-season to get in the squad, especially as he won't count as an under 21 player next season.
He's been rightly derided for what he's got up to in recent times, but we have seen big flashes of real quality from him. I'm glad he's not going out on loan (apparently). Could possibly be our saviour this season to the surprise of many people....
Loan back on...apparently http://owngoalnigeria.com/2018/01/2...gning-of-watford-nigerian-star-isaac-success/
Flashes of excitement more than quality. He's exciting because he's fast, powerful and direct. Has a footballing brain the size of a pea though, he was the same at Granada. Having said that, every time I see him warming up I will continue to convince myself that this could be the turning point and his Watford career is about to take off, right up until the point he leaves.
Oh dear - not made a good impression at his new club! http://sportwitness.co.uk/watford-loanee-not-best-level-described-notably-overweight/
Couldn't cope with the pressure of his name. Had he been named Issac Failure I'm sure he'd be a megastar by now.
Interesting to see Success putting himself up for interview on SSN. Admits his behaviour let down a lot of people last season and apologises directly to the Watford fans and the owners. Says he wants to prove doubters wrong. The interview looks like it was filmed around a personal training session he was taking part in.
The twin drunkards of Success and Peneranda are going to rip it up next season either side of ringleader Deeney.
Stocky, got pace, can dribble, certainly knew where the goal was at Granada, looked to have it all... except for a hole where his brain should be Lets see if he really has tuned over a new leaf...
He has potential, and his impact at Granada was somewhat comparable to how Richardson performed when he arrived here. If he keeps his head down, trains hard, he has all the makings of a valuable asset, apologising and stating his determination to prove he isn't a write off is a great first step, I'd love to see him here in a pacey orientated team
