Jossy is the daft name I've been known to my mates for years, which originally came from the mid 80's kids football programme Jossy's Giants (written by none other than darts legend Sid Waddell) which I would rush home from school to watch. It had a cracking theme tune, which all children's TV back then seemed to have. Other great themes from this period were Cities of Gold, Dogtanian, Willy Fog, Ulysses etc and probably many others I've forgotten but others on here who grew up during the 80's might remember.

Another one I made an assumption on - thought you were a big fan of the Czech tennis player. Turns out it's not spelt the same.

I'm a man and I wear a lot of black. Apparently it's got something to do with The Stranglers as well. Never knew that! ;)

Sadly my username will never happen but it should have. I don't believe you can knight somebody posthumously

I think that's right apart from a military death; but it also contradicts something about when the truth of Jimmy Saville came out, there were calls for his OBE (?) to be stripped but the government said that the honour dies with the person so it couldn't be.

Savile was knighted. And yeah, it died with him so the decided they couldn't rescind it.

Given this is a football forum, I assumed it was a reference to the referee! Ha!

I seemed to recall you were Clive of the Cassiobury before you switched to the Kremlin. Is that right or am I imagining it ?

I joined having had a few beers as “The Bazinator”, he was obviously an “interesting character”…. So changed to Pozzman once they bought the club as a lack of inspiration & also hearing Poznan on the TV.

Pozzo then **** the bed and I couldn’t go by pozzman anymore.
