I like Hungbo, he seems to have a lot of tools to do well - pace, power, good shot, good cross, decent technique overall. We'll only know if he has a brain to go with it once he plays regular football though. Judging from his interviews he has a good mentality and good people around him.
Yeah, Saturday was his first real crack at Scotland coming on at HT (previously he's played 20 mins across another 2 games). Not watched the clips but hopefully has given the manager something to think about. They need the help as well as Ross County are turd.

Peñaranda scored a goal and won a penalty (which his teammate missed) but watching those highlights he lost the ball every time he touched it! I was hoping his value would at least go up with this loan but he still looks like an imitation of a footballer most of the time.
Also on 5 yellows for the season after a mere 8 games, which is impressive for someone who, on the face of it, doesn't seem to be a Dennis type who leads the press from the front!
Dahlberg's kicking is getting slightly better, but his handling is not great. Not awful but does have a flap in him and could be punished at a higher level. Has an air of Meslier where most young GK's seem to have that issue until they grow into their role more. Good positioning to make some low block saves though. Rarely seems poorly positioned when making saves.
Liking the look of Pollock. No-nonsense, dominant in the air, positioning and awareness look sound. Only just turned 20. Hopefully continues to improve.
I'd be fairly confident he'd do a job for us in the Championship next season if we go down, I wonder if we'd take a chance on him if we stayed up? It's not like Cathcart and Nkoulou are getting any younger...
I pretty much never watch these, but saw he played in a CB pairing (compared to the 3 at the back they often play), how did he do in a pairing? Obviously a back 3 can hide defensive weaknesses better so be interesting to hear how he did in a 2.
Agreed. He looked very comfortable and generally unfazed when having to defend. His body shape and positioning seemed good, he won pretty much everything in the air and was well-placed to intercept crosses and through-balls. He was also composed when having to make short passes to team-mates under pressure. The main weakness I noticed with him, which I've also seen elsewhere, is a lack of top speed. He seems nimble enough for a big man when defending in tight areas, but for balls over the top for striker and defender to run on to he seems to lack a bit of recovery pace. The only other minor quibble I could see was that he generally played the ball very safe and typically passed the responsibility for forward balls to his CB partner. The few long balls he did play seemed a bit aimless or mishit. His short passing seemed more than adequate, but his long passing based on the above vid could def be more cultured. He definitely seems at least a solid Champ CB in the making, with potential to even do more depending on how serious a problem his lack of sprint speed turns out to be.

Nope, luckily there's an "export all actions" button so it only requires a few clicks of the mouse per player per game, it even puts the circle/highlight thing on the player for me automatically!
