Wasn't he the guy behind Milli Vanilli?
We have signed a number of players in the past who claimed they could play.

He's 30. Not that young, so he must be very hungry

He looks more like a wide forward to me, maybe he is a wing back who scores a lot of goals, judging by those videos?

Or maybe he is a Left-Back as the vast majority of his career appearances show?

Did you watch the videos, he looks like a prolific scorer for a LB, unless they are all OG's :D

No. I looked at the statistical analysis for his career not a video of a few minutes.

You could be right, but it's a rather strange promotional video for a LB don't you think?

Well, who’s going to watch a video that spends 5 minutes highlighting his defensive positioning, winning headers at the back post, and nicking the ball from wingers?

I’m not sure it’s at all strange the video shows him doing loads of exciting stuff, like beating men, or smashing in crosses and shots.

However you would think it would show his defensive capabilities as well wouldn't you?

I mean, if it was a video made by his people, showcasing his ability to clubs, then yeah I’d be with you.

Some bloke who makes videos for YouTube hits? It’s going to be shots and attacking play all day long.

    Absolutely.

Which is why Paul Robinson's highlights are on SAS Who Dares Wins rather than some random YouTube football channel.

Mad as a box of frogs, loves to get forward but defensively his discipline is bad. Very bad. Often caught out of position even more than Kiko. And resorts to hacks and fouls to get him out of those situations. No thank you.

We ought to be looking at his replacement Valentin Barco at Boca. Just 17 but has turned in incredibly assured and accomplished performances at Boca he has been looked at as the next Marzolini. Great coming forward with incredible stamina but pretty sound already for his position defensively. Will no doubt be in the u20 picture and probably the senior side at his rate of development within three years. Those scummers at the Emptyhad are already looking at him so well done Galvez. Barco is even better than him.

    Can't be many ginger Argentinians.

I'm in, he'd be like an exotic Ben Watson.

Alexis Mac Allister's father, might have been a good footballer for all I know, but looks so far out of place in that kit!

As posted by H-D there are quite a few. Fairly large numbers of Irish, Scots and Welsh settled there along with more recently eastern Europeans. I think Barco has parentage from there.

Large communities of immigrants from basically any Catholic country who arrived when the country was looking like the South American USA, and of course a lot of British influence (hence rugby and polo being a thing in addition to the ubiquitous association football!)

He looks exactly like I’ve imagined every Stoke manager looked like during the 90’s.
