Yup. Though did make me laugh when the commentator made a point of highlighting how the Barnsley keeper will always go long, compared to Swansea who pass out from the back. And then within a minute both keepers had done the exact opposite.

Just to confirm for those who aren’t already aware, Bmuff will win the playoffs and after a difficult start next season, Sir Eddie of Howe will return a hero, and lead them to safety including a 1-0 win over relegation rivals, WFC.

Do Brentford have a fear of getting promoted or something?

Draw all those winnable games, win four on the trot only when they realize they can't catch us and when it matters lose a play-off leg to a team ten points behind them.

They could still win this tie, but it'd interesting to see how they cope if/when they play at a largely empty Wembley.

Well, presumably they don't mean it's football played with much subtlety or finesse, if this from the BBC live updates is anything to go by:

Just as I finish typing my above comment - Swans soaked up the pressure then finding the sucker punch. Thought Ayew looked offside though.

Swansea timewasting 45 minutes into a two legged tie when only a goal up.

Barbara Woodhouse gets a lot of abuse from their fans but he seems to be playing well tonight.

 

They're not that good at football, but their sh*thousing is weapons-grade.

 

Barnsley are certainly the more adventurous team and more interesting to watch...really lacking that touch of class though. Lots of huff and puff but lacking quality.

Swansea literally time wasting already!

 

I don’t think I’ve seen the Barnsley defender Helik control the ball or complete a pass once yet! The ball seems to just bounce off him all over the shop.

Swansea are absolute dog dirt. Luckily for them Barnsley are even worse.

 

Frantic but largely aimless from Barnsley. I’ve not seen much of them this season - wonder if the emotion of the crowd got to them? The crowd were absolutely pumped and I think that influenced some poor Barnsley choices.

 

Barnsley were awful. Swansea weren't much better

 

Dike would be a huge signing if we got him. Hugely disappointing
