According to the club spin machine, what with the international break he’ll only miss potentially as little as four games. So that’s fine then because it’s not like we’ve only got 12 games left in total.

 

So likely to be Hughes, Wilmott and Zinc.

Not too unhappy about that. Will be good to see Wilmott show us his CDM chops.

 

I believe we are trying out a new 5-1-4 formation.

 

Disco does have a few options - Hughes Wilmot Zinc Sema can all play mid, Pedro Sarr Sema Gray (if we must) up top

I know we deride Gray on here, myself included but judging by the team reaction to his goal, he seems to be a very popular man amongst the players. Says a lot I guess.

Why stop there? Why not list some more players that could play centre midfield if we're ignoring the fact they're completely out of position? Success? Foster? We're flush with options!

 

The Cycling GK will do #numbers if Foster is picked in midfield!

 

Success probably could play the focal point of the 3 midfielders/as a #10 in a similar way to how Zinc did vs Wycombe though.

 

Yes, I've been to a couple of weddings at the church. Hopefully you managed to visit the Byron ancestral home, Newstead Abbey just up the road. If not, it is worth a visit. Maybe next time.

 

My graduation ball was at Colwick Hall, which was the site of the ancestral home of the Byrons before they moved to Newstead Abbey in the mid-1600s. Good times.

Genuinely thought it was a joke when someone mentioned earlier that Jonathan Moss is the official for this game. Just found out it isn’t. Fully expect us to be screwed over now. We will get at least 2 blatant penalties turned down.

There is a common opinion on match previews I've seen that Sema will be part of the midfield 3 with Zinc and Hughes. The rest they have same as you.

 

Expect at least 1 decision leaving us scratching our heads.

 

Xisco went out of his way to talk about being tighter in the back. I think that this means that he'll want to change as few things as possible. As a result, I'd expect the back 5 to remain unchanged. Z10 showed that he can pick out a pass in traffic, so I'd expect him to stay higher. I think we go 2 deeper, Z10 higher and the top 3 the same. Rest when we get to the international break. So Sanchez or Wilmot most likely for me.
