After the stoke game I sung his praises. He seemed to of galvanized these deadbeat players. They had a smile on their faces. I think he’s just a coach though not a head coach/manager yet. Put him on the training pitch have him work with his ideas there having a laugh and improving morale. But Gino and Scott have really ****ed up with chucking him in the ocean without a life jacket. This really is part the problem players not playing as a team they play for themselves wave their arms around when things go wrong. FFS I tell my u 10’s not to slag each other off if they make a mistake the last thing you need is someone else slating you when you know you’ve messed up. We need to get people into jobs they are qualified to do. Xisco’s experience to date should have him in NO a position at the club. He shouldn’t be kept on in any scenario. We’ve also tried to make Xisco look more experienced by hiring members of his backroom team who are more akin to PE teachers.
Maybe, maybe not. There seems to be little or no communication between Scott/Gino & the club's media team. They frequently post something "fun & uplifting" about players, a few hours before they get sold.
I'm concerned that that's the case, would be an odd climbdown either - unless the socials just aren't being directed at all, I suppose.

A new coach is appropriate measure that can happen immediately. Sadly, Gino can’t just disappear in the same manner. It’s a total mess. No one can dispute that.
Out players seem a mardy bunch. Maybe we can have a proper hardline coach like Sannino and then Xisco can do some juggling at end of each training session and after team talks.
You only need to listen to Tim Sherwood on Soccer Saturday to know he has no right to manage at a high level. He’s clueless on a lot of things.
This is how much the club is in a mess. Xisco was told after the game he’s done. Xisco tried to get the players to back him, they all want him gone. X person was then informed that their head coach replacement is no longer interested. Xisco was given a lifeline simply because we can’t get someone in by the next game. The players not happy. None of the above is true. However it could be, that’s how pathetic we are as a club.
