Might I suggest 'Rose Tattoo' by the Dropkick Murphys, with 'moose' for 'rose'?

 

We do need a song that is easy to sing as the team comes out
Beautiful Sunday may not appeal to the teenagers but ticks the boxes IMO

I have often thought that "True Colours" would make a good football anthem, with some modified lyrics (I'm not volunteering)

I feel that Disco in Frisco by Wild Man Fisher would be appropriate not only for it's rhyming lyrical content but also for the inability of the dolts in the Rookery to hold a tune.
