If you use www.nationalarchives.gov.uk and search "operation unthinkable" then you will
    come across the original documents.

ISTR an ARRSE thread briefly mentioned this (I look for it this week). Not a long one as the 'plans' had Churchill's fingerprints all over it - showing, again, what a 'tactical genius' he was (cf "The Dardanelles"; "Fortress Singapore" and "The Soft Under Belly of Europe").

Gulf of Tonkin incident during the Vietnam war is interesting, not sure it falls under conspiracy anymore. I actually did my University dissertation on it but I was a lazy smelly student so didn't do very well tbh.

I am very sceptical that Epstein killed himself.

The cascade of failures that provided the window of opportunity for his "suicide" is almost unbelievable. Individually? Yeah, things happen. A whole chain of things that just so happens to line up with the exact time of an apparent suicide of a man who has all the dirt on the rich and famous? Yeah....colour me unconvinced.

Agree - this is one of the few conspiracy theories I think has legs.

I lived 2 villages from our Terry (he lived in Broadchalke) just outside Salisbury, which as we know is UK’s nerve agent capital near Porton Down.
I remember a billboard ‘We’ll pay you to stay in our ‘holiday camp’ to be infected with the common cold virus and have injections for our viral vaccine research.’
    Yeah right ...
    True story.

  16. Sahorn

And to expand on that - ‘They’ said the Common Cold Unit was not associated with Porton Down, the biological and nerve agent place, and to suggest otherwise is just a conspiracy..
But ‘they’ would say that, wouldn’t they...?

A lot of these tidal energy schemes are backed by the major power suppliers as they seek to go green. However the effects of these barrages on the estuarine ecosystem is considerable. Wave turbines bobbing up and down on the surface or just underneath it are less problematic. But not to marine life that may get injured or be prevented from passing through certainly like a dam by a barrage no matter if gates are provided. Although given tides occur twice a day you may not need much in the way of maintenance you will need storage facilities. The number of sites such as the Severn with the tidal range needed to provide sufficient power is also not high. There are issues with sea level rise, effects on the coastline so solar is always my favoured way to go as being less invasive especially if objects can be built with integrated solar cells. For example into windows, bike frames, car panels etc etc.

They did not. They declared war on the Axis in March 1945. Argentina by this time had a large Italian and German descended population along with large numbers of Spanish settlers, Basques, Poles and plenty of people with British roots. Some in the Army were Germanophiles but for the most part the opinion promoted by the press and politicians was to stay neutral. The conflict does not concern us was the view. Indeed the thought was that with the reduction of British imports the local industry would get stronger and it did for a while. Actions of sending beef cattle in their thousands for free to Britain were criticized. One because it was not an act of neutrality but also because some of the population in the provinces were malnourished.

You see Argentines fought to remove the Spanish empire and they did not like the idea of the British empire trying to incorporate the territory in a soft form. The US when they declared war tried to force all South American countries to declare war on the Axis. Argentina refused and suffered an economic blockade until 1945.

Large numbers of Nazi's did flee there. Two of the most infamous being Eichmann and Mengele who is the subject of an excellent film Wakolda.

There were Nazi sympathizers in perfect replica's of Bavarian towns who had settled back in the 19th century butyou must also remember that Argentina has been a haven for those fleeing persecution in Europe for over a hundred years as well as those looking for a better life. The Jewish community is very large along with sizeable Armenian and Basque communities and followed post war by Poles and most recently those seeking to escape the break up of the Soviet Union.

Donitz who was a virulent Nazi unlike many in the U-boat command even made plans to offer a alliance with the western Allies from his short lived base in Flensburg to fight the Red Army. Somehow he managed to escape the noose.

not massively knowledgable on Nazis / WW2 but just read some stuff on Mengele (prompted by the clip of the German Doctor). Is hard to know where to start really if half of what is reported is true you wonder how a person could do those things

  24. Most of this ******** can be shut up with a simple why?

Bill Gates wants to inject us with nanobots!
    Why?
Because he wants to control us!
    Why?

Bill Gates is rich beyond the dreams of avarice. He can do whatever he wants. Nothing is beyond his reach if he wants it. Why would he complicate his life with the chore of controlling the world's population?

    Because we are all different
Some extremely wealthy people are control freaks
Some extremely wealthy people are narcissists
If I was extremely wealthy I would surround myself with beautiful ladies
Bill Gates might be a control freak

That’s one I’ve asked before about Gates, as he has so much money and wants to help why doesn’t he just pay for all the water and food the poor need?

  27. I see Davy Crockett likes this. He doesn't believe anybody does anything good for the sake of it. Rich or middle class people are virtue signalling or up to something, poor and oppressed don't have the means.

In answer to your question, he has committed to using the vast majority of his personal fortune for altruistic purposes but even he isn't rich enough to feed and water the whole world, so he is sponsoring targeted programmes to inject everybody with mind control nanobots.

The idea that BG wants to inject microchips into us is petty common, but the problem i have is again why, we all have mobile phones that track us 24 /7 its virtually impossible for anybody in the modern world to not be tracked , your tracked by your phone, surveillance cameras , credit cards, what would put chips in us add to this.

Doesn't mean its not true though :)

I dont really understand the very rich, once I had got up to a couple of hundred million i would def be retiring to spend the rest of may days having fun and enjoying life.

It’s what makes them the very rich though. I’ve worked for a CEO who was/is an absolute megalomaniac. He is worth a good 2/300m but he’s obsessed with being the best and crushing the opposition. He could sell his equity and never work a day again, but he wouldn’t trust anybody to run the company and basically wants to dominate the world.

    Here's the rub .

Bazza endean is another one of those characters that likes to slur
Or maybe he could make me shut my mouth by posting where I said " I don't believe anyone does anything good for the sake of it .... blah blah blah slur slur slur"

It is how these people who do not like others who have a different opinion operate
Chuck some mud in the hope that they are not called out for it and some of it sticks
    They know who they are

I think it's strange that Bill Gates is the one who wants to control us all. He's never really shown any weird megalomaniacal tenancies and quit Microsoft before the market got a bit tough for them.

Had it been Zuckerberg, Trump or even Bezos, I'd say I see the idea. But Bill Gates? Pretty harmless philanthropist Bill Gates?

I'd imagine he'd have an army of kittens and any subjugation will come with lovely manners, a Morgan Freeman voiceover and a smile.

Your other concerns were too vague to address - you just said the Pentagon was “very strange” and alluded to the “supposed crash” of Flight 93. You’d have to be more specific.
