This is the team line up although not in formation order. https://oldwatford.com/1995/09/09/9th-september-1995-division-one-watford-3-stoke-city-0/ Report here: http://bsad.org/9596/reports/stokeh.html
I'm exercising "escapism" by enjoying a virus-filled restaurant for the last time for a month. If I so much as look at my phone Mrs TuT will make my life hell.
The definition of 'soon to get a payoff' is repeating the same actions over and over again and expecting different results.
Honestly just get this moron out. Same old s**t. I hate how Ngakia is suddenly not getting a look in, too.
Another point - why has Ngakia suddenly fallen out of favour? We aren’t playing well but he’s been one of the better ones usually!
Only reasoning I can think for the exclusion of Ngakia is he can be prone to giving the ball away with poor passes at times, and Kiko is slightly better at retaining possession. That's not to say I agree with it as Ngakia has impressed me every time he's played.
I'm going to make a bit of an out there prediction. We'll be poor in possession, will give the ball away all the time, Clevz won't pass the ball quick enough and we'll concentrate our attacks down the right with the majority of the loopy long balls headed away easily. 0-0
Hopefully the two young lads up top will start firing now that they are under threat to losing their starting place to Gray and the fella with the huge Cojonas!
Ivic is insistent on playing as many of our failed, serial losers from last season as possible to get himself sacked as quickly as he can.
Personally, our turnover of managers has always bothered me since the Pozzo takeover. It was easy to ignore and rationalise it when things were going so well and we were in the Premier League, but I've never really liked it and it also makes the club look absolutely ******ous from the outside looking in. So, with that in mind, I really don't want to see Ivic get sacked 9 games into a new season.... HOWEVER.... He's playing 3-5-2. Again. With no recognised strikers. Again. Completely curtailing our attacking potential. AGAIN!!!! Nah, **** him. This is ridiculous. If he's just being stubborn then he's an idiot. If he's doing it to "make a point" or to purposefully get himself sacked, then he's a grade A tw*t. (3-0 win incoming now I've said that)
The definition of insanity, is, doing the exact same ******* thing over and over again, expecting **** to change. That. Is. Crazy.
Really need a win here if we don’t want to drop into mid table wilderness **** knows what will happen but if we haven’t scored by end of first half hopefully we will bring asome players off the bench while they have a chance to make an impact. Deeney wouldn’t be my first choice but let’s give him 1/2 a game and see if he can’t put anything away
Really down on Watford after recent results and the lacklustre performances all season so far. Expecting a 0-2 tonight.
