They'll need patience till he's as good as Benrahma, but waiting for Ghoddos has been tried before, usually in stages.

Vidic said in a press conference that Gray would be the main striker in the XI.

    Can you start again. :p

Vidic should get his head down at OT and mind his own business.

I think a good start is massively important and often sets the tone for the season. Especially for relegated clubs where a winning start is vital to turn round the negativity from the prior season and get players focused and believing in a promotion push. Performances haven't been great but 4 wins and 3rd place should be great for morale and belief.

Well it wasn't meaningless when we won our first four games in a row and knew we weren't going to be in a relegation battle all season two years ago. Nor was it meaningless when we lost our first four in a row last season which we ultimately never recovered from.

Second sentence is just stating the obvious.

I did have an additional half of diet coke tonight with a piece of left over fruit cake I found while washing up...

So you fish out bits of fruit cake from a sink full of soapy dirty water? Then eat them?

Can never be too careful in times of Covid. You always have to wash your fruitcake in warm soapy water before eating. Better be safe than sorry.

God I'm nervous about that game, I mean on paper we should muller them, but there's always that one time, isn't there? A no-win game if ever there were one

Yoveil, Southampton last season, we genuinely roll over against struggling sides.

I feel for Wycombe. Ainsworth has fallen into the trap of thinking his L1 players can step up without strengthening. See: Norwich last season.

A lot of parallels between Yeovil and Wycombe aren't there? Anyway, Stoke one up against Brentford, if they could hold onto that result just like the end of last season, that would be lovely

Do they have the money to strengthen? OK, they appear to be a much better run club than the numerous basket case clubs in this division, but you'd think they'd be missing out on a much higher % of their income because of the pandemic than most. I think they've been sensible in bringing in players who are likely to stick with them if they go down, and if any of them (Darryl Horgan in particular) can do a job at Championship level, that's a bonus

Swansea one up against Bristol City, whose honeymoon period seems to be over. Still 3rd as it stands, but with Swansea ahead of us rather than Bristol City, a little bit ominous that as Swansea have looked very good at times this season and definitely look like a top 6 side
