    Soulless Derby, wasn’t really much of a derby on the pitch. Without fans this is getting worse every week.
    As for the game thought ngathia our RWB was very good sema done well again. Cleverly maybe edging motm for me typical cleverly performance. Once Pedro starts showing some composure more goals will come. He’s physical and gets in some great positions. Was nice to see Sarr play again looked a little rusty but put the work in.

    Should of could of been a better scoreline but I’ll take the 1-0 another clean sheet with hopefully a squad that’s starting to see some familiarity, as long as we grind out these results not playing well and as the squad settles can only see us improving under Ivi*.

    I wanted an improved performance and the semblance of a settled team, and we got it in spades. Every player had a good game today, and I repeat what I said after the Spurs game, we have good balance of experience and youth and this team will only get better as the season progresses. We really do have some excellent youngsters.

    We still need a proper goalscorer though.

    BTW, apart from not booking Pearson early, I thought the referee did pretty well. He tried to let the game flow, and wasn't often fooled by the shenanigans. Quite the opposite of that idiot last week who blew his whistle at absolutely every opportunity.

    The lack of yellows was only because the ref didn't have the stones to dish one out for the 5 or 6 tactical fouls they put in on Sarr and JP.

    What an absolute melt. Think Bradley and Pearson should count themselves lucky neither picked up a booking for repetitive fouling in the first half for hacking Pedro down at every opportunity. Whichever caveman it was that then cleared out Sarr second half would have quite rightly been taking an early, Covid-19 friendly, bath.
