Skilly Williams. When I talked to him all he could say was that he hated the new strip and thought flat caps should be brought back.

No I have met him away from football I also know quite a few people that know Foster personally and everyone says that he is a really decent bloke. One of my friends seen him in a bar in Leamington Spa when Ben played for West Brom, my friend went over to get a picture and told him that he was a Watford fan and Foster bought him a drink.

True story: when I was 6 I used to sit next to kebab Stanley At the Vic . Had to sqeeze through Stan and his son Carter to get my seat in family enclosure . But Stans belly was huge and I used to cry every time as I got sqashed between swishy belly and hard seat . Its torture for a young boy . I could see the sad in Stans eyes as he put me through it every time . The summer of 2003/2004 he lost 3 stone . It was all for me I know and I didnt have to go through that . M

He put it all back on again when his wife left him but we’d moved seats by then cos he smelled really bad as well .

What a guy though . He did that for me . Nicest bloke I’ve met in a Watford shirt !

At a pre-season B'wood friendly 'Marvellous' hammered a shot that just went just wide of the post and hit the barrier just were my son and I were standing (and resting his head on as he couldn't quite see over it - he's now over 2m tall). Marlon immediately ran over to see whether he was OK.

Heurelho Gomes - thoroughly nice bloke and not many Watford players feature on Songs of Praise.

I think some of the backroom staff look really nice . I wonder who Watford’s nicest ever kit manager or physio was ?

Sir Nigel Gibbs is one of the nicest blokes i've ever met, and a great servant for this club.

The nicest kit manager was undoubtedly Roy Clare who was a local military man I believe and was at the club during both of GT’s spells. He passed away in 1998.

I offered a high five to Doyley once. We were outside the Amex (and running slightly late) just before that game.

He took it with a hearty smile on his face. What a bloke.
