The best worst result. As long as Villa lose their goal difference will be worse than ours.

They're not going to lose though are they.

Pathetic, but we knew it would be. We are just a thoroughly horrific team.

So many players I just cannot wait to see the back of. The most detestable team in my lifetime.

We need to rely on Arsenal (twice) and Everton to help us out so we stay up.

    Ain't happening.

With the line up we faced I didn't expect anything, Hughes poor shot after 10 minutes should have been on target. I didn't watch the second half.

What a thoroughly depressing 90 minutes.

Just about the only positive I guess is that many of us will have got some good Fantasy Football points out of it,

An anxious time now watching Villa. I’d go so far as to say that if Villa do win, that’s curtains for us.

If not, then at least we go into the final day with it still in our hands.

The big question will be do we have one big performance left in us at the time it will matter the very most. Can we even score at least one goal under this current coaching team after three successive blanks. Do we have the cajones. We are most certainly all going to need them on Sunday, players and us supporters alike.

It’s official: goal difference will not be in our favour. Never expected it to be.

Gotta hope results go our way.

Nothing you can do when City play their real team as opposed to the joke they put out last week.

Strangely that was not TOO bad, it could have been a LOT worse.

Trust City to put out such a strong side against us, when they did not against Muff

Villa or Muff will win one of their games, and that will be that. I wouldn’t bet against Villa tonight. Arsenal are one of those sides that flit from the sublime to the ridiculous.

Try a different formation, try a hit of pace, put up a bit of fight. Surprise them a bit like Bournemouth did.

    Or just try in general.

Remember when we were in the championship and played city in the cup.

How come that set of players looked better than these?

Best moment of today's match? Pererya's pinpoint accurate defence splitting pass to set Jesus away clear.

Lol at Deeney cheerily asking De Bruyne for his shirt at the final whistle!

Continuing the passengers theme from the West Ham game - Pereyra today, from start to finish, what a joke. We must bring Welbeck back in for him on Sunday.

Ultimately nothing surprising really, we knew the gulf in class was there. The players looked tired as well, again.

That's the first time I've ever turned off (or left) a Watford match. We we obviously always going to lose, but where's the fight?

Deeney won a few headers, so yay, but City were playing such a high line that our only hope was a ball in behind and pacey players getting onto it, so I'm not sure why we were trying the Deeney hold up tactic.

Beyond dumb - when relegated we'll lose all our good players and just be left with the wasters.

Foster got me 7 in goal. I triple captained Sarr (honestly). But I'm well out of contention in my league.

Pereyra sums us up at the moment. A wonderfully gifted player, maybe one of the best to ever play for us - but he looks like a joke at the moment

0-4 we have improved twice as much since the start of the season when we suffered an 0-8 defeat this is really promising.

Probably because City weren’t at the level they are now and it was a cup game. City started with Jack Rodwell. They scored four in one half when they woke up.

Can you name the Citeh keeper on that day?

They beat the best team in Europe a few months ago. Who injured Deulofeu in return and it’s all gone downhill since then.
