Ken Sema, a winger, is on loan at Udinese and is a regular starter and scored again last weekend. Whilst Pussetto has not played many games at all so make of that what you will.
That said, he has clearly been brought in as cover / compete as if we suffered any more injuries we would be in trouble.
He might turn out to be a shroud bit of business and suit the EPL.

Behind the scenes look at his arrival. He certainly looks happy to be at the club.

Did he not scout him for Udinese? If so, good for them, pretty much doubling their money after a fairly mixed stint with them, but don't see why he would be a priority for us, unless there are 3 defenders lined up to come in who are better than what we have.

Just watched a video of his skills, always a bit concerned when the video is only 3 mins long and every goal they show is repeated 3 times from different angles

the video quality was **** so it’s a no from me can we send him back

    We do need defenders.

But I do think part of revival is having a threat on both sides to take the pressure off Deulofeu. I’m not saying he will be close to as good as Sarr, but something that keeps the other team on their toes will be useful.

I’m surprised we don’t get fouled more outside the area. We have absolutely no ability with direct free kicks.

fouling us in shooting range effectively guarantees you will get back control within a few seconds of the fk being taken.

Wonder if Spurs know we're buying him, or is it Holebas style?

I know. I read that earlier and couldn't help thinking he sounds just perfect. Great attitude, willingness to work hard and track back. In fact defensive work sounds like one of his strengths. A real team player who has talent and pace going forward. What's not to like. The only downside seems to be his assists are low, but that is something that can be worked on. Let's face it, if he was creating loads of goals we wouldn't have probably got him.

Nordin Amrabat was a fast attacker with little offensive output who was happy doing the dirty defensive work and getting stuck into opponents. Pussetto is going to have to do his main job as a winger first and foremost.

He seems a decent enough signing, though I find it a bit of an odd one unless Pereyra is leaving. Considering that Pereyra has scored 2 goals from the right hand side in his last two sub appearances then were he staying a winger who prefers the left might have even made more sense.

That footballwhispers journalist could know something we don't though regarding Pereyra when he states that:
"A wide forward had been on the Hornets’ shopping list ahead of the January transfer window with Gerard Deulofeu and Ism*la Sarr the only natural widemen on Watford’s roster."
