If we lose by less than 5, nige should be shoulder carried around Anfield and hailed as the new messiah
LOL. Actually find one with a picture of Klopp's grinning face. You can practice kicking it around at Liverpool Lime Street Station. That grin and bucky teeth....
I like the fact that we dispensed with the last manager and I'm quite happy with the choice of his replacement but some people are way too optimistic on here at the moment. 4-0.
To be honest I am not looking forward to this match. It promises to be a very routine Watford win with no real threat of ever losing. Such matches tend to not be very exciting. I much prefer tight, edgy games where you fear we may just throw it away. But that is not the case tomorrow. Expect a snooze fest. Prediction Liverpool 0-2 Watford Salah (miss pen 90+5); Deeney (90+3, 90+6), Foster (sent off 3), Cathcart (sent off 38). Zzzzzzz...

You're sending very mixed messages here; one moment cautioning other posters here on being too optimistic, the next predicting that we will only lose 4-0.
Overseas and limited WiFi so no time to read anything. Will the new manager bounce pay off this time ? Must win game. 5-0 to Pool.
I'll still take a hard battled loss and even better if Norwich, Southampton and Villa all lose their games. In this case, our chase for 17th will still be on!
Norwich should lose and probably Villa at Sheffield United but think Southampton will win against West Ham I reckon .
You’ll need more than NP to do you a solid. You’ll need The VAR officials to stop favouring LiVARpool too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
After the expected losses to Liverpool and United (although I wouldn't completely rule out getting a point against them), we'll be on 9 points from 18 matches. That would mean winning 10 of the last 20, or 9 wins 3 draws, 8 defeats or 8 wins 6 draws and 6 defeats. Only 6 defeats seems highly unlikely in the second part of the season, so I'd say we need the 10 or 9 win scenario in order to stay up. It's almost impossible, but we do now have the best chance of staying up with the coaching team that has been brought into the club. I feel we do need an unexpected win from somewhere though, and what better place to start than at Anfield today.
It's a shame we have two such difficult games in which Pearson can stamp his new ideas onto the side. Liverpool is a write off in all reality, I would of thought we could have a chance against Utd but recently they have looked much better. Like HB1 said above, one point would be a half decent return, but a win against either would be impressive. We haven't won at Anfield since 1999, and our last few results have been a thumping. I really hope we show a bit more fight today that we usually do, but Salah always scores more than one against us... so that's at least a 2-0 loss. I would love to proved wrong.
United look better against sides that go at them and they have space to exploit, they are clueless when it comes to having to break teams down. Don't hold much hope for today though.
Very early team news is that Dawson is back in the side. Holebas certainly out still, fitness check on Bobby P.
Just when you thought the season couldn't get any funnier, we have to play Mariappa at right back against Liverpool. LOL.
